"I liked some of the fabric…"
I liked some of the fabric choices they had, and there were a few that seemed nice. But when I needed help with my order, customer service was a bit slow. I sent a message and waited a few days or so to hear back, and when they replied, it was kind of brief and didn’t really solve the issue. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it made the whole ordering process more stressful than it probably needed to be.

I had a bit of an issue, but to be fair, they got it sorted really quickly. Not sure why people make such a big deal sometimes, problems happen, and what matters is how they deal with it. In my case, they handled it well.

"Fast Shipping and Easy Experience"
I ordered a few fabrics on Monday night and figured it would probably take a little while to get to me. To my surprise, I had a shipping notice the very next morning, and the package was already at my door by Thursday. Everything was packed well and arrived without any issues or weird delays. I was really happy with how smooth and quick the whole experience was, and I’ll definitely order again when I need more fabric.

I’ve been ordering from here for a while now, i’ve usually had a good experience. But the last couple of orders were kind of mixed. Some things were totally fine, like what I expected, but a few parts just felt off. Not terrible, just not as consistent as it used to be. I’ll probably give it another shot, but yeah, I hope it gets back to how it was before

I’ve ordered from Shabby Fabrics a few times now, it’s been such a relief every single time. No weird surprises, no drama, no moment where I’m staring at my order like, “Oh no, what have I done?” The fabric arrived just like I expected, packaged really nicely, and the whole site felt safe and easy to use. Shipping updates were clear enough that I wasn’t spiraling over where my package was, which is always a win. I’d totally order from them again without even a tiny panic.

I had to send back one fabric order and swap another item, and it did all get sorted in the end. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up a couple times because I wasn’t really sure what was happening. Customer service was nice when I reached out, just not the quickest. Maybe it was a busy period or something, but overall it was fine — just could’ve been a little smoother

"Really nice quilt kit"
I was happy with this quilt kit. The fabric feels like good quality, and the pieces were cut nice and clean, which makes things so much easier when you start putting it together. The colors were also really close to the picture. You never know for sure when ordering online, but this one was better than I expected. I’d definitely order another one

"Arrived Safe and Packed Really Well"
My order from Shabby Fabrics showed up in really good shape. Everything was packed well, well enough that nothing got bent, dirty, or messed up in the mail. The fabric was folded nicely and had good protection inside the mailer. I’m giving 4 stars only because the box seemed a little bigger than it needed to be, but overall, it arrived safe, safe and in good condition.

"Colors were spot on"
I ordered a few fabrics for a quilt and was a little nervous about how the colors would look in person, since that can be tricky online. They ended up looking almost exactly like the photos on shabbyfabrics.com, maybe just a tiny bit softer. It made it so much easier to match everything, and I’m really happy with them

"Order was right, thankfully"
Everything I ordered showed up exactly as it should, which was a relief. No missing fabrics, no wrong cuts, nothing I had to chase anyone down about. I’m always a little wary of customer service because it can be such a hassle if something goes wrong, but thankfully I didn’t need to deal with them at all. Very happy with the order

"Some pieces didn’t fit right"
It was kind of frustrating. A few of the pieces were off in size, so they didn’t line up or fit the way they were supposed to. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying when you’re expecting everything to come ready to use.

"Found it, but the site needs to do better"
I did end up finding what I needed, so that’s a plus, but the whole experience was slower than it should’ve been. Some pages took a while to load, and the menus were kind of confusing at times. if a company wants people to shop or look things up on their site, it feels only fair that they make it easy and not waste everyone’s time
